A brand new storage business opened its doors in Newbury this week.
Cinch Self Storage opened its 12th UK facility in the town on Monday and the storage business provides more than 51,000 sq ft of lettable space to customers. Cinch’s Newbury facility is located in the former home of the Newbury Weekly News, at the end of Faraday Road in the London Road Industrial Estate.
Co-founder of Cinch Storage Richard Owen said: “We are proud to be a part of the Newbury community, an area which has been underserved in terms of storage options, and look forward to supporting local businesses and families with our full suite of solutions.
“We invite everyone to come and visit our new store and meet our team who can show you around our fantastic site and talk you through our various options available.”
The new facility features state-of-the-art storage units and amenities catering to both domestic and business customers. It also has a dedicated business centre specifically aimed at small to medium businesses, with 350 to 1,000 sq ft units available for rent – suitable for workshops, stock rooms or retail showrooms.
As part of the facility’s sophisticated security system, all 500+ units are individually alarmed. Cinch Storage also provides free van rentals to all new customers, and extended opening hours to existing customers.
