Pink Storage has moved into Nottingham with the £1.1m purchase of local self-storage site StoreWise. The deal is part of a wider £1.47m investment aimed at upgrading the 1.3-acre facility to match the company’s tech-focused model. Planned improvements include 150 additional storage units, resurfaced roads, ANPR technology, 24/7 CCTV, and online sign-up with PIN-code access. The site remains open throughout the works, which are due to finish by September 2025.
