Big Yellow self-storage has announced that their development is now underway, as contractor MCS Group starts construction of the facility. Once complete, the Big Yellow site will be 62,000 sq ft. and span three storeys. Located on the Slough Trading Estate, it has a 35-week build programme, with a completion date of March 2024. A business centre and self-storage company has completed the purchase of a site in Warwick to support its expansion. Squab Storage, which has its headquarters in Leamington, has purchased a site at Tournament Fields Business Park and will have invested close to £3.5m in the facility once it has been converted to a self-storage operation.
