Padlock Euro Storage Fund I (the “Trust”) announced today that it has successfully completed the acquisition of a freehold property located in Wisbech, United Kingdom (the “Wisbech Property”), which was satisfied by way of cash from the proceeds of the Trust’s refinance debt facility. The Trust had previously acquired the seller’s rights and obligations to the Wisbech Property in October 2024 pursuant to a purchase agreement (the “Agreement”).
