Woodbourne Group has announced plans to build a pipeline of self-storage facilities, beginning with a multi-million-pound development in the West Midlands. The commercial developer and investor will start with the £9m redevelopment of a 1.03-acre site at Pedmore Road, Brierley Hill, Dudley.
