A site in Chiswick which has been vacant for nearly a decade could finally be set to be developed. Council officers are recommending approval for a self-storage facility at 250 Gunnersbury Avenue by the junction with Power Road. Hold Propco 1 Limited, which operates Hold Self Storage, also intends to include flexible office and light industrial space in the building which will be 30 metres high, roughly the same as the Shurgard Self Storage facility next door.
