Redsun Projects has completed the first phase of a 70,000 sq ft development at the Croft Retail Park in Bromborough in Wirral. Located next to the A41 New Chester Road, the scheme is a mixed-use development. The first phase, which has taken 10 months to build, includes a 24,000 sq ft Lok’nStore self-storage facility and four trade counter units. StorageMart will be opening a new branch on the A259 within the next few months. The self-storage company has taken over the building that was once home to Hove Car Spares in Wellington Road, Portslade. The site has been redeveloped since the closure of the previous business and is almost ready for customers to use.
