Plans to create a self-storage facility on the Tanfield Lea Industrial Estate North have been revealed. The Trustees of Forster Family Pension Fund wants to change the use of the site, to facilitate the sitting of 57 shipping containers for self-storage hire. New vehicular access to the site would be created as a result of the scheme.
